4. BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The construction of the adrenaline cable car Zip Line with accompanying facilities represents a new tourist product and investment in tourist infrastructure in the area of the municipality of Ugljevik, which will represent a new tourist product in the area of the municipality of Ugljevik and the north-east of the Republic of Srpska. The tourist package is reflected in the construction of a 660 m long cable car that stretches from the Kose hill, which offers a panoramic view of Ugljevik and its surroundings, to the final point on the land, which is located right next to the pedestrian and bicycle path next to the Janja river. It is also planned to build and equip a footpath to the Kose hill viewpoint and adrenaline park, as well as asphalting a 1,600 m long and 3 m wide road.
5. PROJECT DETAILS
5.1. WHAT TYPE OF PROJECT IS IT?
Greenfield, looking for an investor.
5.2. PROJECT STATUS
The project idea is created.
5.3. REASONS TO INVEST IN THE PROJECT
This hill has been known for decades among the locals, and the adrenaline-pumping Zip Line cable car has the potential to become a major tourist attraction for many residents of the surrounding municipalities and beyond, because this type of entertainment does not exist in the northeastern part of Bosnia and Herzegovina, nor in other parts of our country, except in Upper Podrinje and Herzegovina in the area of three local communities.
The construction of an adrenaline cable car in this area would lead to a greater number of visitors to Ugljevik. Due to the fact that Ugljevik is located on the road between Tuzla and Bijeljina, the cable car would definitely be attractive for one-day trips, i.e. a visit to the only such attraction in the region. We believe that this attraction has great potential to attract visitors to Ugljevik.
The cable car on the Kose hill would be a new first-class tourist attraction for the region, it would enable new jobs, create the top of the Kose hill as a tourist brand, and opportunities for the creation of new tourist products (restaurant at the viewpoint, adrenaline park, restoration of the memorial house…)

7. HAS PHYSICAL LOCATION FOR PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION BEEN IDENTIFIED
The physical location for the implementation of the project has been determined, and the information follows below. Brdo Kose is located in the central part of the municipality of Ugljevik. The top of the hill is a kind of viewpoint from which you can see the center of our municipality as if in the palm of your hand and offers a view of the Janja river valley and the nearby peaks of the Majevica mountain. The idea for reviving this place is to build an adrenaline cable car.
The cable length of the cable car is planned to be 660 meters, the height difference from the starting point to the end point is 90 meters, the starting point is located on the hill of Kose at c.p. number 875/1 c.m. Bogutovo Selo at an altitude of 250m above sea level, this plot is owned by ZP RiTE a.d. Ugljevik, the mentioned company expressed its willingness to cede part of this real estate (plot) with an area of 4000 m2 for use for construction. It will do so on the basis of a lease agreement for a period of 10 years with the possibility of extension. The end point is at 160m above sea level at c.p. No. 424/47 C.M. The city of Ugljevik, which is owned by the municipality of Ugljevik, would transfer it for use with the right to build to a potential investor.
The end point is the area next to the pedestrian-bicycle path that runs along the Janja River bed. In addition to the pedestrian-cycling path at the foot of the Kose hill, there is a path for pedestrians and cyclists on the hill itself, or rather a path that has been mapped and adapted for a stay (walking, cycling…) with a length of about 6 km.
In addition to the mapped trail and the planned adrenaline park on the Kose hill, there is also a memorial, more precisely, a memorial house from the National Liberation War, World War II (SUBNOR).
In this area, from the starting point to the end point, there is a large area and the cable car passes over JU SRC Bazeni Ugljevik, which is an institution owned by the municipality of Ugljevik, and these opportunities represent the potential for attracting pool visitors to use the services of adrenaline zip line descent.
The construction of the cable car in this place enriches the sports and recreational content of the municipality of Ugljevik.
