Family-owned Slovenian company with over three decades of experience in the toolmaking sector. Established in 2009 as a continuation of a successful production workshop, the company specializes in the design and manufacturing of high-quality tools for:
a) plastic injection moulding,
b) zamak and aluminum die casting,
c) sheet metal forming with cutting and bending tools.
They also offer services such as component manufacturing for the mechanical industry and reparature welding for tool maintenance.
Their in-house technological capacity is supported by a modern machine park and a qualified, motivated team, enabling flexibility and speed in project execution. The company is currently seeking reliable international partners to expand their network of:
d) suppliers of tool components and high-quality steel,
e) CNC machining subcontractors,
f) companies providing heat treatment or surface treatment services,
g) partners capable of collaborating on complex tooling projects.

Expected Role of a Partner
The partner is expected to act as a reliable subcontractor or supplier to support RUBEL d.o.o. in the manufacturing and maintenance of high-quality moulds. Their main responsibilities may include:
1. Supplying standardized or custom-made components for tools and moulds (e.g. ejector pins, guide bushes, plates, etc.)
2. Providing CNC machining services with precision tolerances for inserts, base plates, or complex tool parts
3. Offering surface treatment services (e.g. nitriding, polishing, coating) or heat treatment processes
4. Assisting in reparature welding, tool repairs and maintenance
5. Participating in joint development of custom tooling solutions based on provided technical documentation
6. Maintaining high quality standards and timely delivery in accordance with agreed technical specifications
7. Preferred partners should demonstrate technical capacity, previous experience in precision toolmaking, and willingness to engage in long-term collaboration.
